Complainants Express Satisfaction as Grievances Are Resolved on the Spot

Jaipur. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, the state government is working for the welfare of every section of society—including women, farmers, laborers, and the youth. The state government’s objective is to ensure that the benefits of public welfare schemes reach the “last person in the line” by operating with accountability and transparency. The public hearing initiative represents a strong step forward in achieving this very goal. Through these regularly held public hearings, the Chief Minister is providing relief to the people by resolving their grievances.
Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma held a public hearing at the Chief Minister’s residence on Monday. During the session, he listened to the grievances of the general public with sensitivity and instructed officials to ensure the swift resolution of these issues. The Chief Minister remarked that complainants come to these public hearings with hope. Therefore, officials must accord the highest priority to these cases and ensure their speedy disposal.
During the public hearing, Chief Minister Sharma resolved—on the spot—the grievances of a large number of people from diverse backgrounds, including women, persons with disabilities, and the elderly. The general public appeared highly satisfied with the resolution of their grievances. The Chief Minister directed officials to provide relief to the complainants as expeditiously as possible. Furthermore, he instructed them to regularly monitor pending cases to ensure their prompt resolution.

During the session, the Chief Minister listened to grievances concerning the general public across various departments—including Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Labor, Agriculture, Home Affairs, Revenue, Animal Husbandry, the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), the Municipal Corporation, Education, Medical Services, Drinking Water, and the Department of Information and Public Relations—and issued directives for their resolution.
*Chief Minister Seeks Blessings from Saints and Sages*

During the public hearing, the Chief Minister welcomed a group of saints and sages from the ‘Prem Hari Prani Matra Seva Sansthan’ (Prem Hari Institute for the Service of All Living Beings) in Jodhpur by honoring them with traditional scarves (*dupattas*) and sought their blessings. Chief Minister Sharma also unveiled posters for various programs being organized by different institutions. During the public hearing, the Chief Minister met with young participants from Rajasthan who have brought laurels to the state at both national and international levels in the sport of ‘Muay Thai’.
Various public representatives and a large number of citizens were present on this occasion.
