110 Officers and Personnel Awarded Medals for Outstanding Service; DGP Sanjay Agarwal Offers Encouragement

Jaipur. On Monday, the Police Telecommunications Department—the technical pillar of the Rajasthan Police—organized a grand investiture ceremony at the Police Telecommunications Lines in Jaipur. During this dignified event, the department honored those courageous officers and employees who have brought glory to the department through their exceptional and outstanding services.
*110 Personnel Honored with Medals*
During the ceremony, a total of 110 police officers and employees were conferred with medals across various categories, recognizing their unwavering dedication to duty and technical proficiency. Specifically, 31 personnel were awarded the ‘Most Outstanding Service Medal,’ 38 received the ‘Outstanding Service Medal,’ 7 were presented with the ‘DGP Disc,’ 3 received the ‘Best Service Badge,’ 9 received the ‘Very Good Service Badge,’ and 22 personnel were awarded the ‘Good Service Badge.’

The Chief Guest of the ceremony, Director General of Police (Law and Order) Sanjay Agarwal, personally presented medals to all the awardees, offering them words of encouragement and appreciation. In his address, he stated that the Police Telecommunications Department serves as the backbone of the Rajasthan Police. He emphasized that precision in technology and communication is indispensable for effectively combating modern forms of crime, a fact that these officers have conclusively demonstrated through their diligent efforts.
Additional Director General (ADG) of Police for Cyber Crime and Technical Services, V.K. Singh, attended the event as a Special Guest; his presence further enhanced the dignity and prestige of the occasion. Director of Police Telecommunications, Daulat Ram Atal, and Superintendent of Police, Dr. Hemraj Meena, also graced the dais. Extending their best wishes for a bright future to the honored personnel, the officials inspired them to continue working with a spirit of service and a commitment to constant innovation.

Similarly, Additional Superintendent of Police Rajendra Prasad Meena; Deputy Superintendents of Police Praveen Kumar Sain, Vijendra Singh, Mahaveer Prasad Meena, Anil Kumar Rewadiya, Neetu Chauhan, Kailash Chandra Sharma, Ekta Gautam, Omprakash Verma, Bhimchand, and Meghraj Meena; Police Inspectors Sandeep Kumar Ahlawat, Mool Singh Khinchi, Rahul Bhardwaj, Praveen Chaudhary, Suresh Sharma, Ramesh Chand Sharma, Rajesh Kumar Chaudhary, Pramila Kumari Mulani, Rajkumar Swami, Vijay Kumar Jangid, Shankar Singh Udawat, Ratanlal Yadav, Kuldeep Singh, Ashish Sharma, and Omprakash Mahich; ASI Narendra; and Constable Drivers Ramesh Kumar, Karan Singh (son of Darb Singh), Karan Singh (son of Mangilal), Ramveer Singh, Omkar Singh, and Ratanlal were honored with the ‘Distinguished Service Medal.’

Recipients of the ‘Most Distinguished Service Medal’ include Additional Superintendent of Police Nandkishore Jat; Deputy Superintendents of Police Omprakash Sharma, Harinarayan Kumhar, and Amar Raj; Police Inspectors Naresh Kumar Sharma, Ravindra Kumar, Omkarmal, Hanuman Prasad Sharma, Rohit Singh Chauhan, and Satypal Singh; Sub-Inspectors Fateh Singh, Dharmveer Yadav, Ramesh Chand, Ashok Kumar Yadav, Nem Singh, Ajay Singh, and Bhagirath Mal; ASIs Deepak Chand Sain, Govind Ram, and Anant Ram; and Head Constables Thakur Singh, Chhote Lal, Lakhanpal Singh, and Ratan Lal Gurjar.
The ‘Distinguished Service Medal’ was awarded posthumously to Sub-Inspector Aadesh Kumar, and post-retirement to Police Inspector Giriraj Prasad Sharma; Sub-Inspectors Hira Singh, Ashok Kumar Sharma, and Gopal Singh; and ASI Rehmat Khan.
*Seven Police Personnel Awarded the DGP Disc*
Deputy Superintendents of Police Kailash Chand Sharma, Avneesh Kumar, and Praveen Sen; Police Inspector Ravindra Tanwar; and ASIs Kalpa Sheoran, Pankaj Kataria, and Mahendra Singh Chauhan were honored with the DGP Disc.
*34 Police Personnel Honored with ‘Sarvottam’, ‘Ati Uttam’, and ‘Uttam’ Service Medals*

Two police personnel were honored with the ‘Sarvottam Seva Chin’ (Highest Service Medal); these include Police Inspector Shyam Singh and Constable-Driver Omkar. Similarly, seven police personnel were honored with the ‘Ati Uttam Seva Chin’ (Very Good Service Medal). The recipients include Police Inspector Vijay Kumar Jangid; Sub-Inspector Balvir Singh Chaudhary; Constables Kulvir Singh and Harkesh; and Constable-Drivers Mahesh Kumar Sharma, Anil Gusiya, and Bharti Lal.
Eighteen police personnel were conferred with the ‘Uttam Seva Chin’ (Good Service Medal). This group includes Police Inspectors Sudhir Chaudhary and Praveen Chaudhary; Sub-Inspector Bhanwarlal; Assistant Sub-Inspectors Ratan Chaudhary, Narendra Kumar Bohra, Mahendra Pahadia, Vijyendra, Manish Kumar, Shankar Lal Jat, Radha Mohan Meena, Narendra Kumar, and Sunil; Constables Savitri, Devraj, and Rustam Singh Gurjar; and Constable-Drivers Jaipal Singh, Jitendra Singh Rajawat, and Rajesh Kumar Sharma.

In these three categories, seven police personnel were honored posthumously. Sub-Inspector Nem Singh was awarded the ‘Sarvottam Seva Chin’; Police Inspectors Krishna Kumar and Omprakash Balvada received the ‘Ati Uttam Seva Chin’; and Police Inspector Vinod Kumar, Suresh Chand Meena, Sub-Inspector Virendra Singh, and ASI Chhaganlal were conferred with the ‘Uttam Seva Chin’.
