Jaipur Police Commissioner Conducts Public Hearing at Shivdaspura Police Station, Provides Relief to Complainants

Jaipur. On Saturday, Jaipur Police Commissioner Sachin Mittal conducted a public hearing at the Shivdaspura Police Station, where he listened to the grievances of complainants and issued on-the-spot instructions to the concerned officials for their resolution.
Present during this event were Special Police Commissioner (Operations) Om Prakash, Additional Police Commissioner (Crime) Ajay Singh, Deputy Police Commissioner (South) Rajarshi Raj, Additional Deputy Police Commissioner (South) Lalit Kishore Sharma, the Assistant Police Commissioner (Chaksu), along with the concerned Station House Officers (SHOs) and other station officials.
Police Commissioner Sachin Mittal stated that during the public hearing, the issues faced by several complainants were resolved on the spot. He added that public hearings are being conducted daily at the police station level to provide relief to the general public.
Commissioner Sachin Mittal informed that during the hearing, complaints were received regarding mutual disputes, family conflicts, land disputes, encroachment on properties, illegal occupations, theft, physical assault, and various other matters within the area. He issued directives to investigate all complaints and resolve them within a specific, minimal timeframe. He further instructed the concerned officials to respond immediately to the complainants’ issues and ensure their prompt resolution.
During the public hearing, complainants hailing from the Chaksu Circle—specifically the Chaksu, Shivdaspura, Sanganer Sadar, and Kotkhavada police station areas—presented their grievances to the Police Commissioner and found solutions to their problems.
A key highlight of the public hearing was that the complainants’ issues were resolved on the spot. Furthermore, instructions were issued to ensure the speedy resolution of other issues that might require additional time.It is noteworthy that prior to this event, the Police Commissioner had already conducted public hearings at the ACP Office in Jhotwara, the Community Hall in Sanganer, and the Shiprapath, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Bhankrota, and Bassi police stations, successfully resolving complainants’ issues on the spot at those locations as well.
