State-level program to be held at State Agricultural Management Institute, Durgapura; Cooperative Minister reviews preparations

Jaipur. Minister of State for Cooperation (Independent Charge) Gautam Kumar Dak informed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will transfer the 22nd installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to farmers’ bank accounts on Friday, March 13th, on the occasion of “PM-Kisan Utsav Diwas.” At the program to be held in Guwahati, Assam, an amount of over ₹18,640 crore will be transferred to over 93.2 million farmers across the country.
Minister Dak also announced that an amount of over ₹1,335 crore will be transferred to over 66.76 lakh farmers in the state. An amount of ₹2,000 per farmer will be transferred to their bank accounts. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will attend the state-level program to be held at the State Agricultural Management Institute, Durgapura. Programs will also be organized in all districts of the state. Cooperation Minister Gautam Kumar Dak visited Durgapura on Thursday to review the preparations. He provided necessary guidelines to officials regarding the program preparations.
Under the scheme, eligible farmers are provided an amount of ₹6,000 per year in three equal installments. To date, ₹4.09 lakh crore has been transferred through 21 installments under the scheme.
