A grand inauguration of the National Lok Adalat was held on Friday at the Jaipur Bench of the Rajasthan High Court, under the aegis of the State Legal Services Authority. The program was presided over by the Acting Chief Justice of the High Court and Executive Chairman of the State Legal Services Authority, Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma.Speaking at the event, Justice Sharma said that the National Lok Adalat is an effective means of providing a simple, accessible, and speedy justice system. He urged the public to take advantage of the Lok Adalat for the amicable settlement of pending cases. Justice Sharma said that the public’s trust will strengthen this Lok Adalat.He explained that the organization of the National Lok Adalat facilitates the quick resolution of pending cases in the courts, along with saving time and money. Judicial officers, advocates, and court staff were present on the occasion.
