During the meeting, the department-wise progress status of various flagship schemes was reviewed.
During the meeting, District Collector Sandesh Nayak issued directives to the District Supply Officers (Urban and Rural) regarding the scheme aimed at extending NFSA benefits to newly eligible families. He also directed the Joint Director of the Department of Information Technology to inspect ‘e-Mitra’ centers where a large number of applications remain pending in applicants’ accounts due to a lack of necessary supporting documents.
Chief Planning Officer Dr. Sudeep Kumawat stated that instructions were issued during the meeting to accelerate progress in the Energy Department’s ‘KUSUM Scheme’ and the ‘Revised Distribution Sector Schemes,’ as well as to ensure the speedy resolution of inter-departmental issues. Directives were also given to improve the ranking of the Department of Women Empowerment’s ‘Lado Protsahan Scheme.’
The District Collector directed the concerned officials to improve the district’s ranking in the ‘Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural),’ ‘SVAMITVA Scheme,’ ‘Mukhyamantri Jal Swavalamban Abhiyan,’ and ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural).’
While reviewing the progress of the ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban),’ the District Collector directed the Regional Deputy Director of the Department of Local Self-Government to coordinate with relevant departments to ensure rapid progress and to accelerate the implementation of schemes related to urban local bodies. He also issued instructions to ensure that work under the ‘Mission Hariyalo Rajasthan’ progresses in accordance with the set targets. Furthermore, he directed departments with lower rankings to achieve the requisite progress within 15 days to improve their standing.
