Citizens Present Their Issues During Public Hearing; Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari Directs Immediate Solutions

Jaipur: A large number of people arrived with their grievances today at the public hearing organized by Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari at her residence in Civil Lines. Here, people from all sections of society presented their individual and collective problems directly before the Deputy Chief Minister.

During the public hearing, citizens prominently raised issues such as water scarcity, dilapidated roads, encroachments, disruptions in power supply, and other local concerns. The Deputy Chief Minister met with each individual personally, listened to their problems with earnestness, and issued directives to officials of the concerned departments to take immediate and necessary action.
Addressing the officials present on the occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari emphasized that the grievances of the common people must be resolved on a priority basis and that no form of negligence would be tolerated. She further directed that the resolution process for these issues be monitored regularly to ensure that citizens receive timely relief.
During the public hearing, citizens lauded this initiative, which enabled them to convey their concerns directly to the government. Many expressed their satisfaction as the process for resolving their issues commenced right on the spot. This initiative is being hailed as a positive step toward the swift redressal of grievances, while simultaneously strengthening the dialogue between the administration and the general public.
