Jaipur. The Rajasthan government has executed a major administrative reshuffle within the police department, issuing orders for the transfer and posting of 18 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers. According to the orders issued by the Department of Personnel (A-1), several senior officers have been assigned new responsibilities, while significant changes have been made regarding Superintendents of Police (SPs) in various districts and within the Police Commissionerate.
The transfer list includes changes in positions for the Jaipur Police Commissioner, Additional Director General, Inspector General (IG), Superintendents of Police, and RAC officers. Under this reshuffle, new police officers have been appointed in several districts, including Jodhpur, Jaipur, Pratapgarh, Hanumangarh, Bikaner, Ajmer, and Balotra.

The government believes that this administrative change will make law and order enforcement more effective and ensure better coordination and operational efficiency within the police system. All transfer orders have come into effect immediately.
