Deeg. District Collector Mayank Manish inspected the rural service camp held on Tuesday at the Bharat Nirman Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendra in Gram Panchayat Ladmaka, under the Pahari subdivision. During the visit, he inspected the counters of all line departments present at the camp to assess the status of grievance redressal and reviewed departmental progress reports. He directed the officials and staff present to resolve public-related matters promptly, with the utmost seriousness and sensitivity.
While observing the camp, the District Collector personally extended benefits to eligible citizens under various public welfare schemes on the spot. Following the completion of necessary legal formalities, residential land leases granting ownership rights to their homes were handed over to three eligible beneficiaries. Additionally, to support livestock owners, one beneficiary was provided benefits under the ‘Mangal Pashu Bima Yojana’ (Livestock Insurance Scheme), and another received pension insurance documents to ensure immediate relief as part of social security strengthening measures.
The District Collector issued guidelines to maximize the utility of these camps and further enhance departmental performance. He instructed officials to mandatorily organize follow-up camps prior to future main camps; this would allow pending applications to be prepared and verified in advance, ensuring that applicants receive benefits on the spot without any hindrance on the day of the main camp. Pahari Sub-Divisional Officer Jogendra Kumar, Tehsildar Dharm Singh, and Development Officer Vijay Jain, along with block-level officials and staff from various departments and local villagers, were present on the occasion.
