The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) completely demolished four new illegal colonies on approximately 21 bighas of private agricultural land in Zone-25.
Inspector General of Police Rahul Kotoki said that in Maliyala village, Bassi tehsil, Jaipur district, located in the jurisdiction of Zone-25, information was received about the development of a new illegal colony named “Adarsh Nagar” on approximately 5 bighas of private agricultural land without JDA’s approval or land conversion. The land had been leveled, and mud and gravel roads, plot boundary walls, and other illegal constructions were being built. The enforcement team, with the help of a JCB machine and laborers, demolished the constructions at the initial stage, thus foiling the attempt to establish a new illegal colony.
Rahul Kotoki further stated that in Maliyala village, Bassi tehsil, Jaipur district, located in the jurisdiction of Zone-25, information was received about the development of another new illegal colony named “Gokul Dham-1” on approximately 6 bighas of private agricultural land without JDA’s approval or land conversion. The land had been leveled, and mud and gravel roads and other illegal constructions were being built. The enforcement team, with the help of a JCB machine and laborers, demolished the constructions at the initial stage, thus foiling the attempt to establish a new illegal colony. Upon receiving information that approximately 4 bighas of privately owned agricultural land in Maliha village, Bassi tehsil, Jaipur district, located within the jurisdiction of Zone-25, was being leveled and developed into a new illegal colony named “Gokul Dham-2” without JDA’s approval or land conversion, and that illegal constructions such as earthen and gravel roads, tree guards, and other structures were being built, the enforcement team, with the help of a JCB machine and laborers, demolished the structures at the initial stage, thus foiling the attempt to establish a new illegal colony.
Similarly, upon receiving information that approximately 6 bighas of privately owned agricultural land in Maliha village, Bassi tehsil, Jaipur district, also located within the jurisdiction of Zone-25, was being leveled and developed into a new illegal colony named “Gokul Dham-3” without JDA’s approval or land conversion, and that illegal constructions such as earthen and gravel roads and other structures were being built, the enforcement team, with the help of a JCB machine and laborers, demolished the structures at the initial stage, thus foiling the attempt to establish a new illegal colony.
These actions were carried out by the enforcement team under the supervision of Chief Controller Enforcement Shilpa Chaudhary, with the assistance of Deputy Controller Enforcement-III, Enforcement Officers of Zones 25, 23, and 24, and the available police force, labor guards, and revenue and technical staff posted in the zone.
