The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) completely demolished a new illegal colony built on approximately 3 bighas of privately owned agricultural land in Zone-12. Deputy Inspector General of Police, Rahul Kotoki, stated that upon receiving information about the construction of a new illegal colony on approximately 3 bighas of privately owned agricultural land in Siwar village, near Sector Road, in the jurisdiction of Zone-12, Jaipur district, without JDA’s approval or land conversion, the JDA, under the direction of Inspector General of Police Rahul Kotoki, and based on the information provided by the revenue and technical staff of Zone-12, deployed an enforcement team with JCB machines and laborers to demolish the illegal structures, including leveled land, gravel roads, boundary walls, and other illegal constructions, at the initial stage itself, thus foiling the attempt to establish a new illegal colony.
This action was carried out under the supervision of Chief Controller Enforcement Shilpa Chaudhary, by the Deputy Controller Enforcement-IV, Enforcement Officer Zone-12, and the enforcement team with the assistance of JDA personnel, labor guards, and the revenue and technical staff posted in the zone.
