Jaipur Development Authority Commissioner Siddharth Mahajan chairs meeting of Land and Property Disposal Committee
The State View Jaipur (Sunil Sharma) The 217th meeting of the Land and Property Disposal Committee was held under the chairmanship of Jaipur Development Authority Commissioner Siddharth Mahajan. Various cases were discussed in the meeting, and decisions were taken regarding land allocation.
In the meeting, approval was given for the use of 7700 square meters of land for the Jaipur Metro Phase-1C (Badi Chopar to Transport Nagar via Galta Gate) project.The meeting also decided to allocate 2.01 hectares of land from Khasra No. 1394, measuring 28.50 hectares, in Revenue Village Daulatpura, Tehsil Amer, to the Executive Director (Company Affairs), Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd., Jaipur, Registered Office, Administrative Building, Metro Depot, Bhrigu Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur. This land, owned by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), is adjacent to the Forest Department’s land and is being allocated in exchange for Forest Department land falling within the alignment of the Metro Jaipur Metro Project Phase-1C (Badi Chopar to Transport Nagar via Galta Gate), as per the rules of the new land allocation policy.The meeting also decided to allocate 2000 square meters of land from Khasra No. 220, measuring 6.00 hectares (pasture land), in Village Biharipura, Tehsil Chaksu, to the Chief Block Education Officer, Block Chaksu, Jaipur, for the construction of the Government Primary School building in Biharipura.Furthermore, the meeting decided to cancel the free allocation of 4000 square meters of land from Institutional Plot No. I-1, measuring 5210.6 square meters, located in the Gokul Nagar scheme, for the construction of the Sainik Kalyan Bhavan (Soldiers’ Welfare Building). Instead, it was decided to allocate Facility Plot F-9, measuring 5160.91 square meters, also located in the Gokul Nagar scheme, for the same purpose.
