JDA Enforcement Branch Takes Effective Action Against Resumption of Construction in Sealed Flat in Zone-01
FIR Registered Against the Builder at Vidhayakpuri Police Station

Upon receiving information that illegal construction of a penthouse, including the installation of a lift and staircase, was being carried out secretly in a sealed flat (number 505) of Prabhu Raj Apartments on Parivahan Marg, C-Scheme, located within the jurisdiction of Zone-01, the JDA enforcement team reached the spot and stopped the construction work.
Under the direction of Inspector General Rahul Kotoki, and in the presence of Chief Controller Enforcement Shilpa Chaudhary, Deputy Controller First, and Enforcement Officers of Zones 01 and 13, the enforcement cell, with the help of the engineering branch, sealed the entrances and gates of the illegal penthouse, lift, and staircase by constructing brick walls and applying seals, thus ensuring proper sealing as per rules. An FIR was registered against the builder at the local Vidhayakpuri police station.
Previously, on October 2, 2025, the illegal construction at Prabhu Raj Apartments had been sealed.
The action was carried out under the supervision of Chief Controller Enforcement Shilpa Chaudhary, by the Deputy Controller Enforcement – First and Third, Enforcement Officers of Zones 01 and 13, and the enforcement team, with the assistance of available security personnel, labor guards, and revenue and technical staff posted in the zone.
