Manager Tarun Sharma Arrested; Fines Imposed on Hookah Smokers

Jaipur। Acting on instructions from the Police Commissionerate as part of a three-day special drive against illegal hookah bars and narcotics, the Shyam Nagar police raided Valencia Cafe. During the operation, they seized illegal hookahs, issued challans, and arrested the manager.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Rajarshi Raj stated that, under the supervision of Additional DCP (South) Lalit Sharma and Assistant Commissioner of Police (Sodala) Satendra Singh Negi, Station House Officer (SHO) Dalbir Singh and his team raided Valencia Cafe and Hookah Bar.
During the raid, four active hookahs were found on the premises and subsequently seized. Fines were imposed on the individuals found smoking hookah. The cafe’s manager, Tarun Sharma, was arrested at the scene. Further action regarding the matter is underway.
