Jaipur Development Authority Removes Encroachments from Two Locations

Jaipur. The Jaipur Development Authority cleared a 60-foot road boundary and government land in the JDA-approved Green Park project near Agra Road in Zone 10. In Zone 14, village Barkheda, the non-encroachable public road was cleared of encroachment.
Chief Controller Enforcement Shilpa Chaudhary stated that a notice was issued under Section 72 of the JDA Act for the illegal construction of a boundary wall and encroachment on a 60-foot road boundary and government land in the JDA-approved Green Park project near Agra Road, located within the jurisdiction of Zone 10. The encroachments were removed today by the enforcement squad, with the help of JCB machines and laborers, in the presence of the Zone 10 Enforcement Officer, under the direction of Zone 10’s revenue and technical staff.
The encroachments made on Khasra No. 631, a non-government public road, by erecting cement pillars, fencing, erecting tin sheds and planting bushes on a length of approximately 500 meters in the jurisdiction of Zone 14, were removed by the enforcement squad with the help of JCB machine and laborers in the presence of the Enforcement Officer Zone 14, under the direction of the revenue and technical staff of Zone 14.
The above actions were carried out by the enforcement squad under the supervision of Chief Controller Enforcement Shilpa Chaudhary, under the direction of Deputy Controller Enforcement-1st, 2nd, Enforcement Officer Zone 10, 14 and the available patrols of the Authority, labor guards and revenue and technical staff posted in the zone.
