Grand Launch of Rajivika Rangotsav (Holi Mela) at the Government Secretariat

Jaipur: The “Rajivika Rangotsav,” a significant initiative to strengthen the marketing and branding of products of women self-help groups, was inaugurated with great fanfare at the Secretariat complex. The event was inaugurated by Chief Secretary V. Srinivas. Shreya Guha, Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development Department, and Neha Giri, State Mission Director, Rajivika, graced the occasion.
On this occasion, the Chief Secretary praised the women self-help groups, stating that such marketing platforms organized by Rajivika provide a new direction to women entrepreneurship and play a vital role in strengthening the rural economy. The Additional Chief Secretary described the products manufactured by the women’s groups as an excellent example of quality, innovation, and traditional skills.
During the event, officials visited Rajivika stalls and interacted with women entrepreneurs to learn about their products, packaging, and marketing strategies. Rajivika’s State Mission Director explained that such events provide direct market access to self-help groups, allowing them to receive customer feedback and improve their products.
The Rajivika Rangotsav is being held at the Government Secretariat from February 25-27, 2026, with 15 self-help groups from 13 districts of Rajasthan participating. A total of 10 stalls have been set up at the event. These stalls are displaying and selling herbal gulal, traditional food items, gujiya, thandai products, herbal products, gifts and decorative items, soft toys, wooden and crochet products. Keeping in mind the occasion of Holi, eco-friendly and herbal products have been given special priority.
The objective of Rajivika Rangotsav is to provide market recognition to enterprises run by women’s groups, strengthen the “Rajsakhi” brand, and promote women’s livelihoods in the state. This event is an important initiative towards increasing sales and providing a better market platform to self-help groups.
