Atal Kavya Memorial and Atal Democracy Garden to be built in City Park, Mansarovar

The 254th board meeting of the Rajasthan Housing Board was held on Tuesday at the board headquarters. The meeting, chaired by Mr. Debashish Prusty, Principal Secretary of the Urban Development and Housing Department and Chairman of the Board, approved several important public welfare proposals.
In line with Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma’s announcement, administrative and financial approval was granted for the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) and the appointment of an architect for the development of the Atal Kavya Memorial and Atal Democracy Garden in City Park, Mansarovar, Jaipur.The meeting also agreed to provide 2500 square meters of land for the Board’s Children’s Observation Home in IG Nagar Sector 34-35, and a proposal for this will be sent to the state government.The Board Chairman stated that under the guidance of the Urban Development and Housing Minister, Mr. Jhabar Singh Kharra, district-wise camps will soon be organized for layout plan modifications and land use changes, and a special online portal will be developed for these services.The meeting noted the positive response to Wednesday auctions, premium properties, and housing schemes as a sign of public trust. The application period for housing schemes in Hanumangarh and Bhiwadi has been extended until February 28, while new schemes will be launched soon in Jaipur, Jaisalmer, and other cities.Administrative and financial approvals were also granted for land demarcation, drone surveys, resolution of pending properties through RFSDL, and development works for various housing schemes.Housing Commissioner Dr. Rashmi Sharma instructed for the swift implementation of the decisions and for demarcation, signage, and fencing to ensure the security of the Board’s properties.The meeting was attended by Board Secretary Mr. Gopal Singh, Deputy Secretary Dr. Ashok Kumar, Chief Engineers Mr. Amit Agarwal and Mr. T.S. Meena, Financial Advisor Mr. K.C. Kumawat, and other senior officials.
