Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma Launches India Stonemart Mobile App, a Historic Digital Initiative for the Industry

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma formally launched the India Stonemart mobile app in Jaipur.This is considered the first comprehensive digital initiative of its kind for the stone industry, providing the industry with a dedicated digital ecosystem.Through the India Stonemart app, the stone industry will, for the first time, have access to advanced features such as e-stalls, a digital marketplace, networking, event updates, and AI-enabled search,all on a single platform.This app will make business, communication, and collaboration simpler and more effective for exhibitors, buyers, and all stakeholders in the industry.The launch event was attended by prominent representatives of the stone industry, including Stonemart convener Natwar Ajmera, National Co-General Secretary of Laghu Udyog Bharti Naresh Pareek, National Secretary Anju Singh, and former National Treasurer Yogesh Gautam. All of them described this digital initiative as a decisive step for the future of the stone industry.The digital e-stalls and AI-based search technology through the India Stonemart app will transform traditional methods of stone trading and provide an opportunity for direct connection with global buyers. This platform will not only accelerate business activities but also make the Indian stone industry more competitive in the international market.Stone Mart India 2026 is a four-day international exhibition scheduled to be held from February 5th to 8th, 2026, at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Center (JECC), Sitapura, Jaipur.
This event will provide a common platform for industries related to natural stones (marble, granite, sandstone, limestone), mining, processing machinery, tools, and stone art.Rajasthan is the leading stone-producing state in the country, and the livelihoods of millions of people are directly and indirectly linked to this industry. Through Stone Mart India 2026, an effort is being made to connect Rajasthan’s stone industry, MSME sector, artisans, and exporters with global buyers and investors. According to the organizing committee, this event will give a new impetus to ‘Vocal for Local’, ‘Make in India’, and the industrial development of Rajasthan.
