Jaipur: In a major operation against alleged illegal and immoral activities being conducted under the guise of spa centers in the capital, Jaipur South Police raided six such establishments simultaneously. A total of 22 individuals—including operators, managers, and other suspicious persons—were arrested during the operation. Additionally, a letter has been sent to the Jaipur Municipal Corporation to seal these centers for violating regulations.
The operation was carried out under the direction of Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Rajarshi Raj (IPS). Police had been receiving persistent complaints that several spa centers in the Ashok Nagar police station area were engaging in suspicious activities while disregarding administrative guidelines. A comprehensive operation was planned following the verification of these complaints.
A special team was constituted for the operation under the direction of Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Jaipur South) Lalit Sharma and the close supervision of Assistant Commissioner of Police (Ashok Nagar) Aditya Punia. The team comprised police officers and personnel, including Ashok Nagar Station House Officer (SHO) Motilal Sharma and District Special Team In-charge Inspector Vishambhar. On July 31, the team conducted simultaneous raids and inspections at six spa centers.

During the inspections, violations of administrative orders and prescribed guidelines were discovered at White Candle Spa (Azad Nagar, C-Scheme), Rejuvena Spa (Hotel Polo, C-Scheme), Blue Phoenix Spa (C-Scheme), Evergreen Thai Spa (Azad Marg, C-Scheme), Saundaryam Spa (C-Scheme), and Lakshya Spa (Chittaranjan Marg, C-Scheme). Taking action, the police arrested a total of 22 individuals—including operators, managers, and others—from these spa centers under Sections 126 and 170 of the BNSS.
Police officials stated that no illegal activities conducted under the guise of spa and massage centers in the capital would be tolerated. Similar special drives against establishments violating guidelines will continue in the future. This action has caused a stir among illegally operated spa centers in the city, leading many operators to shut down their establishments. (Note: The final detail regarding the panic and closures is not included in the press note; therefore, do not publish it as a confirmed fact.)
