ACB Continues Relentless Efforts to Effect Arrests

In connection with the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) case—a matter under the purview of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB)—the ACB Court No. 1 has issued arrest warrants against the accused individuals Subodh Agarwal, Jitendra Sharma, Sanjeev Gupta, and Mukesh Goyal, under Case No. 245/24.
In this aforementioned case, and in compliance with the court’s directives, the ACB is continuing to make tireless and persistent efforts to apprehend the accused. Raids are being conducted at various potential locations to ensure the arrest of the accused individuals.
Should the arrest warrants issued by the court fail to be executed, proceedings will be initiated to seek court orders for the attachment (seizure) of the accused individuals’ properties.
Further legal proceedings in this matter are currently underway by the Anti-Corruption Bureau, and full compliance with the court’s orders regarding the accused is being strictly ensured.
