Jaipur. The Enforcement Squad of Jaipur Development Authority completely demolished three new illegal colonies on approximately 28 bighas of privately owned agricultural land in Zone 10 and a new illegal colony on approximately 2 bighas of privately owned agricultural land in Zone 14.

On receiving information about the establishment of a new illegal colony by levelling the land on about 15 bigha private pattadari agricultural land in village Saypura, district Jaipur, situated in the jurisdiction of Zone-10 of JDA, without the approval-approval of JDA and without getting the land conversion done, by constructing mud-gravel roads, boundary walls of plots and other illegal constructions in the name of “Bhawar Nagar”, today on the directions of the revenue and technical staff of Zone-10, the enforcement squad with the help of JCB machine and labourers demolished the new illegal colony at the initial stage itself and foiled the attempt to establish it.

On receiving information about the establishment of a new illegal colony by levelling the land, constructing mud-gravel roads, boundary walls of plots and other illegal constructions in the name of “Jagdamba Nagar” on about 10 bigha private pattadari agricultural land in village Saywad, district Jaipur, situated in the jurisdiction of Zone-10, without the approval-approval of JDA and without getting the land converted, the attempt to establish a new illegal colony was foiled by the enforcement squad today, on the directions of the revenue and technical staff of Zone-10, by demolishing it at the initial stage itself with the help of JCB machine and labourers.

On receiving information about setting up of a new illegal colony by levelling the land, constructing mud-gravel roads, boundary walls of plots and other illegal constructions in the name of “Gokula Dham” on about 03 bigha private pattadari agricultural land in village Nai ki Thadi, Chawand ka Mand, district Jaipur situated in the jurisdiction of Zone-10, without the approval-approval of JDA and without getting the land converted, today on the directions of revenue and technical staff of Zone-10, the enforcement squad with the help of JCB machine and labourers demolished the same at the initial stage itself and foiled the attempt of setting up a new illegal colony.

Upon receiving information about the establishment of a new illegal colony by leveling approximately 2 bighas of private agricultural land in village Bojyadan, near Bairwaon ​​Ki Dhani, Jaipur district, located in the jurisdiction of Zone 14, without the approval of JDA and without land conversion, by constructing earthen-gravel roads and other illegal structures, the enforcement squad, on the directions of the revenue and technical staff of Zone 14, demolished the same at the initial stage with the help of JCB machine and laborers and foiled the attempt to establish a new illegal colony.

The enforcement squad of Jaipur Development Authority freed the 40 feet road boundary in Shyam Vihar B from Zone-PRN-South New Sanganer Road and the 30 and 40 feet road boundary between Sarpanch Vatika Raghu Vihar in Zone-9 from encroachment. Government land and road boundary in Vigyan Nagar in Zone 9 were freed from encroachment.  In Zone-24, Hingonia Gaushala Bhurathal (Sawaichaak) government land was freed from encroachment and a new illegal colony was completely demolished on about 5 bigha private agricultural land. In Zone-12, a new illegal colony was completely demolished on about 8 bigha private agricultural land.

JDA removed encroachments on the 40 feet road boundary from New Sanganer Road to Shyam Vihar B, located in the jurisdiction of Zone-PRN (South). The encroachments on houses, shops, tin sheds, temporary encroachments on boundary walls, platforms, ramps, etc. at about 25 places were removed by the enforcement squad with the help of JCB machines and labourers in the presence of Enforcement Officer Zone-PRN (South), 12, 13, and revenue and technical staff of Zone-PRN (South). The road boundary was freed from encroachment by removing the encroachments.

The encroachment on the 30 and 40 feet road boundary between Sarpanch Vatika Raghu Vihar situated in the jurisdiction of Zone-PRN (South) was done by illegally constructing a wall of about 130 feet long, 14 feet wide and a room. The encroachment was done by the enforcement squad with the help of JCB machine workers in the presence of Enforcement Officer Zone-PRN (South), 12, 13, revenue and technical staff of Zone-PRN (South) and the road boundary was made encroachment free.

The wall constructed by encroaching on the government land and road boundary in Vigyan Nagar near Jagatpura situated in the jurisdiction of Zone 9 was removed with the help of JCB machine workers by the enforcement squad on the instructions of revenue and technical staff of Zone 9 and the road boundary was made encroachment free.

On receiving information about the establishment of a new illegal colony by levelling the land and constructing mud-gravel roads, muddi, stone quarry and other illegal constructions on about 5 bigha private pattadari agricultural land in village Sindoli, district Jaipur, situated in the jurisdiction of Zone-24, without the approval-approval of JDA and without getting the land converted, the attempt to establish a new illegal colony was foiled by the enforcement squad on the directions of the revenue and technical staff of Zone 24 by demolishing it at the initial stage itself with the help of JCB machine and labourers.

On receiving information about the establishment of a new illegal colony by constructing mud-gravel roads, tin shed like rooms, boundary walls and other illegal constructions by levelling the land on about 8 bigha private pattadi agricultural land in village Jai Bhavanipura, district Jaipur situated in the jurisdiction of Zone-12, without the approval-approval of JDA and without getting the land converted, the attempt to establish a new illegal colony was foiled by the enforcement squad on the directions of the revenue and technical staff of Zone-12 by demolishing the same at the initial stage itself with the help of JCB machine and labourers.

The above actions were carried out by the enforcement squad under the supervision of Chief Controller Enforcement Shilpa Chaudhary, Deputy Controller Enforcement-1st, 2nd, Deputy Controller Enforcement-1st, 4th, Enforcement Officer Zone-PRN (South), 09, 12, 24 Enforcement Officer Zone-10, 14 and the squad available in the authority, labour guard and on the directions of revenue and technical staff posted in the zone.
