Ajmer. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s proposed visit to Ajmer on February 28th will strengthen the resolve for a “developed Rajasthan.” During this visit, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate various development projects worth ₹23,500 crore and distribute appointment letters to the youth.
Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma was holding a meeting with senior officials at the Chief Minister’s Office on Wednesday regarding preparations for the Prime Minister’s proposed visit to Ajmer. He directed officials to complete all preparations related to the Prime Minister’s program at the Kayad Rest House within the stipulated time, in coordination with each other.
The Chief Minister took feedback from officials regarding necessary arrangements including domes, seating arrangements, drinking water, parking, medical facilities, cleanliness, traffic management, security arrangements. He directed the concerned officials to ensure all these arrangements with full responsibility. He also took information from the officials regarding the DBT program and beneficiaries to be inaugurated by the Prime Minister and provided necessary guidelines.
Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma directed the officials that all departments and the Ajmer district administration should work together to make this visit of the Prime Minister a historic one.
Chief Secretary V. Srinivas, Director General of Police Rajiv Kumar Sharma, along with senior officials from the Chief Minister’s Office, concerned departments and the Ajmer district administration were present in the meeting.
