The Jaipur Development Authority, in a joint operation with the Municipal Corporation in Zone-8 and PRN-South, cleared encroachments from the road boundary along a 2 km stretch between Patrakar Colony Circle and Patrakar Colony. Simultaneously, a newly constructed illegal colony on approximately 3 bighas of private agricultural land in Zone 12 was completely demolished.
Inspector General of Police Rahul Kotoki stated that in Zone 8, PRN (South), along the road boundary between Patrakar Colony Circle and Patrakar Colony, approximately 200 temporary encroachments on both sides of the road, including platforms, stairs, toilets, iron angles, tin sheds, railings, stalls, carts, bamboo structures, tarpaulins, counters, tables and chairs, hoardings, and signboards, were removed in a joint operation with the Municipal Corporation. The operation was conducted under the direction of Inspector General Rahul Kotoki, in the presence of the Deputy Controller Enforcement Fourth, Enforcement Officer Zone 8, PRN (South), and with the assistance of the revenue and technical staff of Zone 8, PRN (South). The encroachments were removed using JCB machines and laborers, and the road boundary was cleared. The Municipal Corporation confiscated the seized goods. Furthermore, upon receiving information about the leveling of approximately 3 bighas of privately owned agricultural land in Lalchandpura village, Niwaru Road, Jaipur district, within the jurisdiction of Zone 12, and the construction of earthen and gravel roads, boundary walls, and other illegal structures without the approval or permission of the JDA and without obtaining land conversion, an enforcement team, under the direction of Inspector General Rahul Kotoki, and based on information provided by the revenue and technical staff of Zone 12, demolished the structures at the initial stage with the help of a JCB machine and laborers, thus thwarting the attempt to establish a new illegal colony.
These actions were carried out under the supervision of Chief Controller Enforcement Shilpa Chaudhary, by the Deputy Controller Enforcement-IV, Enforcement Officer Zone 8, PRN (South), and 12, along with the available security personnel, labor guards, and the revenue and technical staff posted in the zone.
