Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma held a high-level review meeting on Saturday at the Chief Minister’s Office regarding the preparations for the 13th India StoneMart 2026. During the meeting, the Chief Minister gave necessary directions to the concerned officials regarding the arrangements related to the event, international participation, industry-friendly environment, and investment promotion.Senior officials from the Chief Minister’s Office, Managing Director of RIICO Shivangi Swarnkar, National Joint General Secretary of Laghu Udyog Bharti Naresh Pareek, Convener of India StoneMart Natwar Lal Ajmera, former National Treasurer of Laghu Udyog Bharti Yogesh Gautam, officials from CDOS, and representatives associated with the event were present at the meeting.The Chief Minister said that India StoneMart is a prestigious international platform not only for Rajasthan but also for the country’s stone industry. Through this, the state’s natural resources, technical capabilities, and entrepreneurship gain global recognition. He directed that the event should be organized according to world-class standards so that investors and buyers from India and abroad have a positive experience.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister was given a detailed presentation on the preparations made so far for the event, exhibition structure, B2B meetings, participation of international delegations, logistics, security arrangements, and publicity. The Chief Minister specifically emphasized providing maximum opportunities to start-ups, MSME units, and local entrepreneurs.The Chief Minister also said that the stone industry strengthens the state’s industrial development, job creation, and exports. Therefore, India StoneMart 2026 should be made an effective platform for investment, innovation, and trade expansion. The officials assured the Chief Minister that India StoneMart 2026 would be successfully organized as a grand and well-managed event.Stone Mart India 2026 is a four-day international exhibition, proposed to be held from February 5 to 8, 2026, at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Center (JECC), Sitapura, Jaipur. This event will provide a common platform for industries related to natural stones (marble, granite, sandstone, limestone), mining, processing machinery, tools, and stone art. Rajasthan is the leading stone-producing state in India, and the livelihoods of millions of people are directly and indirectly linked to this industry. Through Stone Mart India 2026, an effort is being made to connect Rajasthan’s stone industry, MSME sector, artisans, and exporters with global buyers and investors. According to the organizing committee, this event will give new impetus to the ‘Vocal for Local’ and ‘Make in India’ initiatives and to the industrial development of Rajasthan.
