Under the guidance of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, the state government is working with sensitivity, transparency, and accountability to resolve every grievance of the common people.  The Rajasthan Sampark Helpline 181 is also ensuring the quality and quick resolution of public problems. Chief Minister Sharma is inspecting this helpline from time to time to ensure that complainants receive prompt relief.In this regard, the Chief Minister inspected the Rajasthan Sampark Helpline 181 located at the State Secretariat on Friday. The Chief Minister interacted directly with the common people through the helpline.

Bhajanlal Sharma spoke to them cordially, listened to their problems seriously, and instructed officials to resolve their issues quickly. The Chief Minister also took feedback from the public on various public welfare schemes of the state government.
Pinky Yadav, a resident of Mohammadpur Nangaliya Khohri in Kotputli-Behror, requested the Chief Minister for assistance in obtaining a disability certificate. Similarly, Jitendra from Bodigama Chhota village in Dungarpur informed the Chief Minister about the delay in obtaining his caste certificate and domicile certificate. Lajwanti, a resident of Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, also requested assistance in obtaining a domicile certificate. The Chief Minister instructed the officials to resolve their problems and provide them with relief.

Kishanlal from Bhojasar, Ratangarh, Churu, informed the Chief Minister about the delay in issuing his house deed and its pending status at the Gram Panchayat level. Kishanlal requested Chief Minister Sharma to expedite the issuance of the deed.  The Chief Minister instructed the officials to issue the house deed to him.  During this time, the Chief Minister took complete information about the functioning of the Rajasthan Sampark helpline, the complaint registration system, and the follow-up process. Chief Minister Sharma instructed the officials to monitor the problems reported on the Sampark portal more closely so that the complainant’s problem can be resolved in a timely manner.Under the leadership of the Chief Minister, the state government is working with public service as its top priority. In this direction, through the 181 helpline, common citizens are registering their problems from the comfort of their homes and getting them resolved quickly.
