Citizens will no longer have to make unnecessary trips; Single-window system implemented from Friday
The State View Jaipur (Sunil Sharma) The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has taken another significant step towards facilitating the convenience of the general public and streamlining administrative processes. With the aim of providing relief to citizens, the JDA has made a major change in its service delivery system, under which all types of certified copies will now be distributed from a single location. This system came into effect on Friday.
JDA officials stated that the objective of this new system is to make service delivery more citizen-friendly, organized, and timely.
Single-window system: From Friday onwards, all types of certified copies will be distributed only from the counter located at the Citizen Service Center.
Relief for citizens: This decision will save applicants from having to wander to different zones to obtain their certified copies.
They will now have access to this facility at a single location.
Time saving: The implementation of the single-window system will reduce the unnecessary trips applicants had to make to various offices, saving them time and bringing greater transparency to the process.
Timely processing: All zones and sections of the authority have been given strict instructions to ensure that prepared certified copies are sent to the lease distribution counter at the Citizen Service Center in a timely manner, so that applicants receive the service in real time.
The JDC has instructed all officers and employees to implement this system immediately so that citizens can benefit from it and experience a qualitative improvement in their service experience.
