Jaipur Development Authority takes major action in Zones 11 and 12

JDA demolishes three illegal colonies on nineteen bighas of land

The Jaipur Development Authority completely demolished two new illegal colonies on approximately 15 bighas of privately owned agricultural land in Zone 11.  A new illegal colony on approximately 4 bighas of privately owned agricultural land in Zone 12 was also completely demolished.

Chief Controller Enforcement, Shilpa Chaudhary, stated that in the area under the jurisdiction of Zone 11, located on Ajmer Road, Bagru village, Jaipur district, information was received about the development of a new illegal colony on approximately 13 bighas of privately owned agricultural land without JDA approval or land conversion.  The land had been leveled, and mud and gravel roads and other illegal constructions had been built.  Acting on this information, under the direction of the Chief Controller Enforcement, the enforcement team, with the help of JCB machines and laborers, demolished the illegal constructions at the initial stage, thus foiling the attempt to establish a new illegal colony.

Similarly, in the area under the jurisdiction of Zone 11, located in Deoliya village, Sanganer tehsil, Jaipur district, information was received about the development of a new illegal colony on approximately 2 bighas of privately owned agricultural land without JDA approval or land conversion.  Gravel roads, cement block boundary walls, and other illegal constructions had been built after leveling the land.  Acting on this information, under the direction of the Chief Controller Enforcement, the enforcement team, with the help of JCB machines and laborers, demolished the illegal constructions at the initial stage, thus foiling the attempt to establish a new illegal colony.

Upon receiving information about the development of a new illegal colony on approximately 4 bighas of privately owned agricultural land located on Sirsi Road, village Nadiyan, district Jaipur, within the jurisdiction of Zone-12, without the approval or permission of the JDA and without obtaining land conversion, and involving the leveling of the land, construction of mud and gravel roads, tin-shed structures, plot boundary walls, and other illegal constructions, the enforcement team, under the direction of the Chief Controller Enforcement, and guided by the revenue and technical staff of Zone-12, demolished the structures at the initial stage with the help of a JCB machine and laborers, thus foiling the attempt to establish a new illegal colony. This action was carried out under the supervision of Chief Controller Enforcement Shilpa Chaudhary, by the enforcement team, with the assistance of Deputy Controller Enforcement-IV, Enforcement Officers of Zones 11 and 12, and the available security personnel, labor guards, and revenue and technical staff posted in the zone.
