BJP State President Madan Rathore expressed his heartfelt gratitude and congratulations to all the voters who enthusiastically participated in the grand festival of democracy in the first and second phases of the municipal elections in Rajasthan. He said that the voters of the state have demonstrated their faith and responsibility in democracy by exercising their right to vote. Voter turnout in the first phase of the municipal elections was 76.41%, and in the second phase, it was 70.01%. Voter turnout in the capital was higher than last time.
BJP State President Madan Rathod said that every voter plays a vital role in strengthening democracy. Municipal elections are directly linked to the daily lives of the common people and local development. Strong and accountable local bodies are essential for improving various basic amenities, including roads, sanitation, drinking water, electricity, sewerage, parks, and city beautification. Consequently, voter participation in the second phase of voting will further strengthen the democratic system. He said that the Bharatiya Janata Party expresses its heartfelt gratitude to all voters in the state who exercised their right to vote in this grand festival of democracy. Rathod especially congratulated young first-time voters, women, senior citizens, and voters from all sections of society, saying that their active participation is a symbol of awareness of democracy.
BJP State President Madan Rathod also expressed his gratitude to the Election Commission, the administration, police and security forces, officials and employees deployed on election duty, and all personnel involved in the voting process for conducting a peaceful and fair election. He said that all of them have played an important role in making the democratic process successful. The public’s decision is paramount in elections, and the Bharatiya Janata Party always respects the mandate. He expressed confidence that the people of the state have exercised their franchise keeping in mind local development, good governance, transparency, and public interest. He also expressed gratitude to all BJP workers, saying that they performed their responsibilities in the democratic process with complete loyalty and dedication. The conscious people of Rajasthan have played an important role in strengthening democracy. The BJP once again heartily thanks and congratulates all the voters of the state for their participation in this grand festival of democracy.
