Jaipur Police Commissioner Sachin Mittal heard grievances from complainants hailing from five police station areas of the Mansarovar Circle during a public hearing held on Saturday at the Muhana Police Station. During the hearing, relief was provided in several cases through immediate on-the-spot instructions, while directives were issued to the concerned officials for the speedy and rule-compliant resolution of the remaining cases.

Complainants from the Muhana, Shiprapath, Mansarovar, Patrakar Colony, and Narayan Vihar police station areas presented their grievances before the Police Commissioner. The Commissioner gathered details on each case from the concerned officials, issued necessary directives, and instructed that action on pending matters be taken in accordance with the rules and resolved within a stipulated timeframe.

Additional Police Commissioner (Crime) Ajay Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Rajarshi Raj, and police officers from the concerned stations were present on the occasion. It is noteworthy that Police Commissioner Sachin Mittal is regularly organizing public grievance hearings at various police station and circle levels across the city to ensure the prompt resolution of public complaints. As part of this initiative, hearings have been conducted at multiple locations—including the Jhotwara ACP office, Sanganer Community Centre, and the police stations of Shiprapath, Vidyadhar Nagar, Bhankrota, Bassi, Shivdaspura, Chomu, Amer, Ramganj, Chitrakoot, Malviya Nagar, Jamdoli, Kardhani, and Pratap Nagar—leading to the speedy resolution of complaints for a large number of complainants.
