A significant step has been taken towards expanding medical facilities in the Dayalpura Gram Panchayat of the Sumerpur Assembly constituency. Joraram Kumawat, Cabinet Minister for Animal Husbandry, Cow Rearing, Dairy, and Devasthan, performed the *Bhoomi Pujan* (ground-breaking ceremony) and laid the foundation stone for the new ‘Ayushman Arogya Mandir’ (Government Sub-Health Centre) building in Dayalpura amidst the chanting of Vedic mantras. During the same visit, Minister Kumawat also laid the foundation stone for a new Government Sub-Health Centre building in Mandri. The construction of these modern health centre buildings will cost ₹55 lakh each. Minister Kumawat also held a public grievance hearing (*Jansunwai*) during the event. Villagers presented local issues related to electricity, water, roads, and cow rearing before the Minister. Taking immediate cognizance of these matters, Cabinet Minister Kumawat directed administrative officials from various departments present at the site to ensure the prompt and time-bound resolution of the issues. He stated that the government’s objective is to provide relief to every eligible individual; therefore, negligence regarding the public’s work at any level would not be tolerated.
Addressing the foundation-laying ceremony, Cabinet Minister Joraram Kumawat stated that the ‘double-engine government’ is committed to delivering better healthcare and basic amenities to every citizen in the region. He noted that the construction of the new sub-health centre building in Dayalpura would spare local villagers and residents of the surrounding areas from having to travel far for medical treatment.

**Tree Plantation for Environmental Conservation**

Additionally, pledging to keep the environment clean and green, the Cabinet Minister planted saplings within the health centre premises. Addressing the villagers and public representatives present, he remarked that merely planting a sapling is not enough; we must all shoulder the responsibility of nurturing and protecting it until it grows into a full-fledged tree. He urged every villager to plant at least one sapling on special occasions in their lives.  *Wave of Joy Among Villagers*
Local Sarpanchs, public representatives, and villagers expressed their gratitude to the Cabinet Minister following the laying of foundation stones for the new health center buildings in Dayalpura and Mandri. According to the villagers, the construction of these new buildings will make primary medical care and childbirth-related facilities easily accessible within the village itself. A large number of prominent local citizens attended the event, including Pali *Pradhan* representative Pukhraj Patel, District Vice President Poonam Singh Parmar, retired Additional District Education Officer Ramlal Kumawat, Dayalpura Administrator Kailash Kanwar, the Block Chief Medical Officer of Pali Block, and the Pali SDM.
