Minister of State for Forests and Environment (Independent Charge) Sanjay Sharma played Holi with the city residents using herbal gulal at the Namo Holi festival held at his residence in Alwar on Wednesday.
Minister of State for Forests Sanjay Sharma, while wishing the district residents a Happy Holi, said that the festival symbolizes love, harmony, and brotherhood. It strengthens mutual brotherhood. He informed that the festival celebrated Holi with herbal gulal produced by the Forest Department. He played Holi with differently-abled people from various places and greeted them with sweets. During the festival, Padmashree awardee Gafruddin Mewati mesmerized everyone by playing the Bhapang to Holi songs.
